With its deeply considered, supremely liveable design, Flō brings something very special to Northbridge. We need the Flō brand to reflect all the things that make this residential development unique, and so irresistible for our market. We also need the brand to showcase why Flō is so fresh, and so different to WINIM’s other offerings.

Situated on the edge of pristine bushland, this development reflects the flow of its natural environment: from the energetic flow of the nearby creek, to the contours of the valley landscape.

Our creative idea explores this concept of flow both literally and metaphorically, pulling inspiration from everything from rivers and streams, to the Eastern philosophy of Qi and zen gardening.

By heroing our product in detail, we can showcase how this development really feels to inhabit.

 
 
 

Rather than focus on the bustling surrounding neighbourhood, we’ve taken the opportunity to turn our gaze inward. By celebrating Flō’s exceptionally beautiful, refined design, we can stand out from the crowd (without needing to shout).
